Please read these Terms of Use and Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before accessing or using the Oceanspire subscription list service ("Service") provided by Oceanspire ("Oceanspire," "we," or "us"). These Terms establish a legal agreement between you and Oceanspire, governing your use of the Service.

1. Subscription Service

1.1 Payment Terms 1.1.1 By subscribing to the Oceanspire subscription list, you agree to pay the specified monthly or annual fees associated with the subscription plan. The payment terms will be clearly communicated to you during the subscription process. 1.1.2 If you choose automatic renewal, it is your responsibility to actively cancel the subscription before a specific time to avoid further charges.

1.2 Non-refundable Fees 1.2.1 The subscription fees paid to Oceanspire are non-refundable, except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy.

1.3 Restrictions on Use 1.3.1 You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms. 1.3.2 You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, or in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Service.

1.4 Termination of Subscriptions 1.4.1 Oceanspire reserves the right to terminate or suspend your subscription at any time, with or without cause, in its sole discretion. 1.4.2 In the event of termination, you will no longer have access to the benefits and features associated with the subscription.

1. Intellectual Property

2.1 Ownership 2.1.1 All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and any other proprietary rights, in and to the Service and its content, belong to Oceanspire. 2.1.2 You may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any of Oceanspire's intellectual property without prior written permission.

3.1 Collection and Use of Information 3.1.1 By subscribing to the Oceanspire subscription list, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

1. General Provisions

4.1 Modification of Terms 4.1.1 Oceanspire reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, effective upon posting the updated Terms on the Oceanspire website. Your continued use of the Service after the modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

4.2 Limitation of Liability 4.2.1 Oceanspire shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the Service.

4.3 Governing Law and Jurisdiction 4.3.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Oceanspire is registered.

4.4 Entire Agreement 4.4.1 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Oceanspire regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements or understandings, whether oral or written.
